To process any return, replacement, or refund request, customers must provide:

Parcel opening video (recommended)
Balloon Tamasha reserves the right to reject claims where sufficient evidence is not provided.
3. Non-Returnable Products
Due to hygiene and product handling reasons, we do not accept returns for:

Used products

Inflated balloons

Partially used kits

Change-of-mind purchases

Orders placed incorrectly by the customer
4. Cancellation Policy
Orders may be cancelled under the following conditions:

Before dispatch: Full refund

After dispatch: Cancellation not possible
5. Replacement Policy
If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, we may:
